Every year we provide guidance and direction to trainees, who are inquisitive and interested to work autonomously. We offer them the opportunity to gain a first working experience. So for the next academical year we are again offering interships in all our offices. If you chose for an internship at Hays, you will be fully integrated in one of our divisions. You will get a personal coach to introduce you to the world of recruiment and to guide you so that you can actively participate into the recruitment process. During your internship you will get various tasks. You are a real team player and a true multitasking talent. You will be surrounded by a nice and young team, with a cosy atmosphere and an open communication. You are eager to learn and get experience. Next, you are very punctual, can handle confidentiality well and are able to deliver a professional service.
On the one hand you will help us searching for convenient candidates and do a first screening by phone. If the candidate gets selected, you will be able to join our consultant in an interview and fill out the candidate report afterwards. On the other hand, you will search for vacancies in order to do some prospection and if possible you can accompany our consultants during a client visit. You will get the responsibility to write attractive vacancy texts following our guidelines. Finally you will update our systems and database.
