Your new role
As a Warehouse Associate at Legend Biotech, you play a vital role in ensuring our life-saving cell therapies reach patients safely and efficiently.
You’ll work in a clean, regulated environment and collaborate with various departments to support production and lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Accurately process incoming goods and ensure they match purchase orders using SAP and ERP systems.
Handling Sensitive Materials: Safely manage biohazard products (e.g., blood bags, viral vectors) following strict SOPs and WI.
Cryogenic Operations: Work with materials stored in liquid nitrogen and dry ice, using appropriate PPE and safety protocols.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records for receiving, picking, and shipping activities in line with GMP and GDP standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Support production and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
Cleanroom Maintenance: Operate in sterile environments with dedicated gowning and cleaning procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and help develop SOPs and training materials.
Procurement Support: Assist with purchasing processes and resolve inventory-related issues.
Your profile
Education: Secondary school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management).
Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Team player with clear communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
What you'll get in return

After a 6-month interim period, successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract (open-ended).
