• Execute manufacturing steps such as cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch documentation to ensure compliance and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals within a shift-based schedule.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and process robustness.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and perform environmental monitoring.
• Complete GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, (bio)engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in a GMP or ATMP environment and with aseptic techniques is an asset, but not required. Full training will be provided.
• Fluent in Dutch or English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, flexibility, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
