Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will join an established team of nine professionals, including BI specialists, operations staff, and another Business Analyst. You will contribute to two projects focused on financial processes, where your responsibilities will span traditional business analysis tasks as well as elements of project management.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate end-user acceptance through training and follow-up
- Create and execute test scenarios
- Serve as SPOC.
- Gather and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements through structured stakeholder engagement
- Act as a proactive contributor, continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve processes
- Create clear and actionable user stories to support development and implementation
- Oversee project planning, including scope, budget, and timeline management
- Collaborate regularly with PO.
- Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone authentic, outspoken, creative, and driven - someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and propose fresh, innovative solutions. You should be highly analytical, well-organized, and structured in your approach. As you’ll be working in a multicultural team, fluency in English and a genuine enjoyment of communicating in English are also essential.
Qualifications and skills
- Master’s degree, or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with a mix of Business Analyst and end-to-end Project Management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the national languages.
- Experience in end-to-end project management.
- Willing to travel within Europe for work several times a year.
