Volvo Action Service (VAS) supports Volvo Group customers across Europe whenever a vehicle experiences a breakdown. From our site in Oostakker, you work in a highly international environment where service, coordination and operational excellence are key. For the Nordic region, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a role with continuous customer contact, multilingual communication and fast‑paced problem‑solving.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you take full ownership of breakdown cases for customers across the Scandinavian markets. You coordinate closely with dealers, technicians and internal teams, ensuring that every case is handled accurately, professionally and within the required timelines. You play a central role in keeping our customers’ vehicles on the road and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include
  • Handling and coordinating international breakdown cases
  • Communicating with dealers, drivers and customers regarding progress and next steps
  • Following up on repair status and ensuring timely updates
  • Thinking proactively and creatively when situations become complex
  • Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
  • Acting as the voice of the customer within the organisation
  • Working in rotating shifts (day, evening, night, weekend) as part of our 24/7 operation

Your profile
You are communicative, structured and comfortable working with many different stakeholders. You enjoy taking ownership, staying calm under pressure and keeping an overview in a dynamic environment.

You bring
  • A customer‑oriented and service‑minded approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise and structure tasks efficiently
  • A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Fluency in English, Swedish and one additional Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)
  • Good knowledge of Office 365; experience with digital tools is an asset
