For the Nordic region, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys a role with continuous customer contact, multilingual communication and fast‑paced problem‑solving.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you take full ownership of breakdown cases for customers across the Scandinavian markets. You coordinate closely with dealers, technicians and internal teams, ensuring that every case is handled accurately, professionally and within the required timelines. You play a central role in keeping our customers’ vehicles on the road and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
Your profile
You are communicative, structured and comfortable working with many different stakeholders. You enjoy taking ownership, staying calm under pressure and keeping an overview in a dynamic environment.
