Your new role

As an All-round Support Engineer, you are responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support for end users in the Brussels office. You act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and software applications
  • Providing support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and related tools
  • Diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, including WiFi and remote access
  • Managing and following up tickets via a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
  • Supporting mobile devices (iOS) and conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Webex, and Teams
  • Setting up and maintaining audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms
  • Collaborating with international IT teams on projects and escalations
  • Documenting solutions, processes, and technical improvements
You will work in a structured environment with high service expectations and will occasionally support maintenance windows or special IT rollouts outside normal business hours.

Your profile

This role targets mid-level IT support professionals with experience in a professional services or corporate environment. You bring:
  • Excellent communication skills in English; good level of French, additional languages are a plus
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally within an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote access tools, Citrix, or VPN solutions
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured IT processes
  • A customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Certifications such as A+ or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
