Hays is momenteel op zoek naar een parttime AP Accountant (3/5) voor een internationale organisatie in de productie van olie & rubber.

Verantwoordelijkheden:


Verwerking van alle aankoopfacturen
De analyse, het beheer van de aan de aankoopverbonden facturen: Goods in transit, te ontvangen facturen, voorschotfacturen.
Het bekomen en archiveren van de EX1 documenten
Verschillende assistentie in de boekhouding bij afsluiting

Vereist profiel :

Opleiding of ervaring in accounting
Toffe teamplayer
Operationeel, proactief & en je houdt van contact hebben met verscheidene stakeholders
Goede kennis van Engels met Frans of Nederlands
