Our client is the Belgian subsidiary of an international group (150 people, 22 locations worldwide, 90M€ turn-over) leading supplier of equipment’s and components for the gas industry.
In order to support the development of its activities (trading of technical products and equipment’s maintenance services) with its French-speaking clientele, we are looking for its future Branch Manager.

Votre nouveau rôle

As Branch Manager, your role will be to develop and manage sustainably company expansion strategy defined by the Board, assuring necessary human and material resources and in line with group strategy.

Your main tasks will follow 2 main scopes of responsibility:

  • General Management specific responsibilities: Manage efficiently human and material resources; Monitor company economically, financially and commercially; Monitor company responsibilities as bank guarantees, bid bounds and credit lines; Report regularly to the Board concerning operations; Manage relationship with Banks and Lawyers; Elaborate annual budget for the Board approval; Elaborate end of year report for auditors and board approval; Assure company operations under local legislation rules; Monthly evaluate YTD x Budget implementing necessary strategy to mitigate deviations; Share and respect KCDK Mission and Vision statements.
  • Sales & Commercial specific responsibilities: Oversee and support the company prioritization on customers’ requests resource allocations, support definition of offers preparation strategy, operational targets, negotiation of commercial & delivery terms and offers follow up; Oversee customer orders process till end delivery and according with agreed incoterms; Manage customer relationship in accordance with sales team; Support sales department on selected customers / prospects, SQs and contracts; Participate on commercial strategy definition supporting to find best solutions for customers (products and suppliers); Support purchasing department with procurement knowledge & business intelligence on negotiations with suppliers.

Votre profil

Industrial engineer, you have solid experience in the management and operational development of an industrial business unit. Clients and business oriented, you will be able to sustain the boost of the business and support your team efficiently.
Your values: Proactive and responsible; passionately involved; true leader; team player, customer oriented and problem solver. A background in the Energy sector (oil and gas, petrochemical) would be a plus. You’re a French-speaking person with a very good command of English.
You’re open for occasional travels in Europe.
