We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the selection and implementation of a new e-commerce platform for our upcoming e-shop. The ideal candidate will analyse business needs, evaluate software solutions, and support the choice of a delivery partner. They will ensure seamless integration of the new solution with our existing IT stack and align it with business objectives.

Your new role

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new webshop, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT, enabling the successful delivery of the webshop.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across digital marketing and IT to ensure all requirements are understood and prioritized.

• Monitor and follow up on the IT development process, ensuring that deliverables meet the documented requirements and quality standards.

Your profile

• Proven expertise in vendor evaluation and/or managing integration projects with SaaS solution providers
• Strong analytical abilities combined with clear, impactful communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, cross-functional teams collaboration and ability to structure complex concepts into structured, actionable insights.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and performance driven in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English
