As a Business Application Virtual Agent Expert the main focus of the project will be on the Microsoft Virtual Agents implementation project.

What will you get ?
• They have 2 bots to deliver by June: Virtual Agent for the front line of the helpdesk and another Virtual Agent for HR (Ticketing System)
• Documentation of the bots and pharma validation

What will you do ?
The client is looking for someone with the following aptitudes:
• Design architecture’s best practices for Virtual Agents
• Challenge ideas and come with improvements
• Have a good vision on Power Platform
• Advice and influence management to take proper decision

Have you got ...
• Several past experiences in building complex Virtual Agents interconnected with other systems.
• Very strong experience in Power Virtual Agent implementation
• Mandatory knowledge in Power Platform solution designing
• Capable to build connection between Virtual Agent and other systems
• Understand the interconnectivity between Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps) and other Office 365 Modules
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, a creative mind, and a problem-solving attitude
• Team-player attitude but you can work independently if necessary
• A customer and service-minded mentality
