The main focus of this department is to deliver the ultimate experience for the customers during and after the breakdown of the truck and give them a long-lasting impression of the Volvo-brand. As a Customer Care Advisor you will handle the financial areas of your market. You support the dealers in their native language and handle essential information within the designated systems. You follow the defined finance process keeping the customer needs and business goals in mind. You will follow up incorrect invoices and ensure that the invoices are paid on time. In order to do this, you have frequent contacts with your markets.
