Your new role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for an international company in Leuven!
In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers from the Spanish and French markets. Additionally, you will provide backup support for other markets. Your clients include hospitals, doctors, and laboratories, as the company operates in the medical sector.
Your responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, coordinating daily with the warehouse regarding special shipment requests, and managing complex tender orders. You will accurately maintain all customer data in the ERP system (SAP) and ensure prompt resolution of customer claims and issues.
Every day brings new challenges and customer contact mainly happens via email.
Your profile
Hays is seeking a candidate fluent in Spanish, English, and French (both spoken and written).
You combine strong communication skills with precise administrative abilities. You are a positive, independent worker who thrives in an international environment. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Most importantly: you are eager to learn, customer-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
