Your future employer specializes in the distribution and production of chemical specialty products for maintenance and repair. The company is headquartered in East Flanders and is part of an international network with production and distribution centers. Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Representative who is fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
Your new role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the dedicated point of contact for your own clients within the UK and Northern EU.
- Manage the entire order process from order to payment
- Dedicated contact for your EU clients
- Customer handling
- Invoicing
- Coordination and logistics with warehouses
- Support the sales team
Your profile
- Fluent in English AND a Nordic language
- 2 years of experience is preferred, but a motivated and enthusiastic mindset is equally valuable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Commercial and communicative mindset
