At Volvo Action Service (VAS), we support Volvo Group customers across Europe whenever their vehicle breaks down. Our mission is to get them back on the road quickly and smoothly. You’ll join a dynamic, multicultural team spread across Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Bucharest (Romania), and Johannesburg (South Africa). With 21 languages spoken across the department, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a truly international environment.

Your New Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing breakdowns across Europe. You’ll take full ownership of each case, coordinate with dealers, and keep customers informed throughout the process. You’ll use your language skills and problem-solving mindset to ensure every customer feels supported and confident in our service.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer Support: Assist customers in Spanish, French, and English during international breakdowns.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with repair dealers and provide updates to customers.
  • Problem Solving: Think creatively and proactively to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver seamless support.
