Daily duties
For these focus products you will map customer behaviour using web and behavioural analytics. You use different analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Qlik Sense).

  • You identify significant bottlenecks for customers and prospects by conducting an end-2-end analysis of the customer experience. You visualise (automated) marketing within the customer journey and provide communications performance reports.
  • You analyze ad hoc actions and communications to (future) customers.
  • You perform basic analyses on CRM customer data (product ownership, demographics, ...).
  • You keep track of the sales data for the client journeys connected to your go-to-market team.
  • You bring the insights from different analytics and data sources together to create a clear story for your colleagues on which they can base their marketing decisions.
  • You contribute to the discussion of optimization possibilities that (can) enhance customer attraction, conversion, etc.

Profile and Skills
Technical knowledge:
  • Customer journey mapping or similar methodologies to map the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of different performance marketing metrics (CTR, engagement, drop-out, exit-rates, etc) and others to properly understand and analyse the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of web and behavioural analytics tools is a plus (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Data visualisation techniques to clearly convey insights - SEO, SEA, AB testing: you don't necessarily need to set up these "techniques," but you do need to understand and be able to analyse them. Are these your good qualities?

  • Passion for data and analytics (both mindset and knowledge of web and behavioural analytics tools).
  • Passion for everything that is going on within Marketing (new trends, techniques, insights, etc).
  • You have an agile mindset.
  • You are able to easily adjust to changing priorities, both within and outside of the team.
