Your new role

Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex IoT implementation and turnkey projects across international markets. You bring a rich and diverse background in IT project management and applicative delivery, with proven experience managing off-shore and near-shore teams, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving results in multicultural environments.
You’ll be part of a lean, high-performing team of six professionals, collaborating closely with internal teams and external technology providers to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. Your work will align with corporate strategy, supporting other business units in enhancing their sales capabilities through technical excellence and strategic delivery across EMEA.

As part of the team, you’ll be involved in:
  • Leading complex digitalization projects in an international environment, coordinating teams across Europe and India
  • Managing 1–2 projects simultaneously, depending on scope and complexity
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to solution design
  • Steering developers and project teams of up to 25 people

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with long-standing experience in applicative IT Project Management, a passion for IT and a hands-on attitude. You’re solution-oriented, never lose sight of the end goal, adaptable and a team player.


To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • Fluency in French and English. Dutch, Arabic or German can be an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end strategic IT project management.
  • A university degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience in a lead Project Manager role.
