Your new role

• Carry out chemical tests on site and monitor the programme;
• Report to the customer/data processing using the InSight platform;
• Monitor and manage the progress of the business;
• Frequent review of key performance indicators agreed with the customer, in close collaboration with the account manager;
• Carrying out site surveys, equipment start-up and commissioning;
• Management of repairs, maintenance and warranties;
• Maintain close verbal and written contact with the various levels of the customer's organisation;
• Project coordination;
• Support contract costing;
• Follow and conduct technical training courses;
• Carry out pilot and field tests;
• Participate in local team meetings to share best practice;
• Report all workplace accidents, illnesses, hazardous occurrences, near misses, incidents and property damage.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or holder of a higher diploma in chemistry or equivalent by experience;
• Great flexibility (on-call 2-3 days/week) and ability to resolve problems;
• Fluency in French and English;
• Good communication and IT skills - very good command of Windows Office software and Google tools (in particular MS Excel/Google Sheets);
• Experience and/or interest in process and water treatment is a plus;
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus;
• Possession of a driving license is required;
• Analytical mindset, solution and service-oriented, team spirit but also independent;
• Taking initiative, motivated by technical improvements.
