Finance Manager

For one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Finance Manager to help them with financial management and strategic development at their site in Antwerp.

What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing all accounting practices and financial reporting for the organization in Belgium.
  • Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial structures and processes.
  • Identifying cost-saving initiatives and driving improvements within the finance department.
  • Managing a team of direct reports in Belgium and India and collaborating with shared service centers in India and Mexico.
  • Leading financial analysis for capital projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About our client:
They are a multinational manufacturer located in Antwerp South. They are reselling their products in more than 180 countries.

What we're looking for:
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch.
  • Experience in a large, multinational environment
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, with industry-specific knowledge being a plus.
  • 7+ years’ experience in a strategic role
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is preferred.
