Your new role
The main focus of this department is to deliver the ultimate experience for the customers during and after the breakdown of the truck and give them a long-lasting impression of the Volvo-brand. As a financial administrator you will handle the invoicing. You register and verify the invoices from the dealers. A lot of these invoices have been made out in the native language of the dealerships so you are able to register all the essential information in the system. You will also handle incoming and outgoing post for the department.
What you will need to succeed
For this job as financial administrator you are fluent in English. You have an eye for details and work accurately. We’re looking for a team player who can work independently, who is stress resistant and can plan and organize your work individually but always keeps the team goals in mind. This is a temporary assignment of 4 months with change of prolongation.
