Financial Planning Analyst Manager

For one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help them drive finance transformation initiatives for their Screens businesses.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading the optimization of financial processes specifically for businesses in Belgium and France.
  • Managing a high-performance finance team.
  • Driving the implementation of automation tools and digital reporting solutions.
  • Overseeing central reporting, budgeting cycles, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Managing pricing, savings, capex, and revenue management processes.
  • Ensuring standardization of accounting procedures and audit readiness across entities.
  • Acting as a key business partner to the Commercial GM, Division Leadership, and local Operations.
  • You'll report directly to the Finance Director.

What we're looking for:
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation, particularly with multiple ERPs and coding (e.g., SQL, VBA).
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a transformation-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems (Navision, Sage, Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, automation tools, Oracle).
  • Proven experience in leading transitions or restructuring projects.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong process mindset, advocating for automation.
