Your new role
The main focus of this department is to deliver the ultimate experience for the customers during and after the breakdown of the truck and give them a long-lasting impression of the Volvo-brand. As a Financial Customer Support you will handle the financial areas for your market. You support the dealers in their native language and handle essential information within the designated systems. You follow the defined finance process keeping the customer needs and business goals in mind. You will follow up incorrect invoices and ensure that the invoices are paid in time. In order to do this you have frequent contacts with your markets.

What you will need to succeed
For this job as Financial Customer Support you are fluent in English and Swedish. You are customer orientated with a positive attitude and good communication and problem solving skills. You are a team player who can work independently, are stress resistant and can plan and organize work individually but always keep the team goals in mind. You are well organized, have a preference to work with administrative issues and make things run smoothly. This is a temporary position lasting for 6 months, which can be extended.
