Your job:

  • IT Helpdesk Support, as a member of the IT team.
  • Provide user support service on company-supported computer applications and platforms.
  • First-line IT support offering support and technical assistance to internal customers.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or passionate about IT with relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, solution-minded, resourceful, and autonomous.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication in both French and English.
  • Agrees to travel if necessary, maximum two weeks.

Nice to have :

  • IBM/HCL Notes client & Domino server knowledge
  • M-Files document management
  • Dynamics 365
  • Azure & Google cloud environment
