Your new role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and structuring business requirements, translating them into clear IT concepts and models.
- Supporting project managers in prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Participating in second-level support for production systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Preparing and executing integration and acceptance tests with key users.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for processes and solutions.
This role places you at the center of the organization, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
Your profile
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Applied Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and Dutch; minimum understanding level of English.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to SAP environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
