Your new role:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the link between the “Business” and the IT. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the application and data landscape within the company. You will collect, challenge and implement the IT needs of the business in accordance with the IT strategy and the architectural landscape defined by the IT solutions architect. You will also translate the business needs into functional and technical specifications and test the technological trade-offs with the IT solutions architect. You will set the budget for new digital initiatives and follow up on their implementation and adoption. You will also promote the use of data within the organization as a “data champion” and advise the different departments and divisions on the technological choices to be made for the integrated IT applications. You will be the IT owner for strategic applications. You will also drive the change and contribute to the optimization or replacement of existing systems. You will establish strong relationships with business leaders and work in close collaboration with the rest of the IT team.

Your profile:

• master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field._
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a good knowledge of IT applications and data management.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Odoo, Hubspot, MS Dynamics & Dataverse, or similar tools.
• You are able to follow a meeting in French, English and Dutch. You are proactive, flexible and customer-oriented and eager to learn.
