Your new role
As an IT Business Partner, you will act as the strategic link between business operations and IT teams. Your mission is to ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing business requirements to translate them into effective IT solutions
- Leading IT projects in coordination with operational departments and corporate IT teams
- Ensuring consistency of IT initiatives with global technical and strategic orientations
- Facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitoring IT solution performance and driving continuous improvement
- Contributing to digital transformation and innovation within the organization
Your profile
- Fluent in French and English, with a good level of Dutch
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management or IT solution deployment
- Strong understanding of information systems, ERP, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Good knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, supply chain)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster collaboration
- Experience in an international or multi-site environment is an asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
