The organization has grown significantly over the years and now employs several hundred professionals across design, product development, marketing, and logistics. Your new role
As IT Project Manager, you will join a small internal IT team of three specialists and report directly to the IT Manager. You will manage projects and provide functional support for the ERP system (CEGID) and connected platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
- Functional management of the ERP and user support
- Maintenance and oversight of linked platforms (PLM, supplier portal, PIM, DAM) and integration flows
- Leading transversal IT projects from needs analysis to implementation
- Updating documentation to ensure system sustainability
- Collaborating with business teams such as marketing, finance, and product design
Current projects include migrating an on-premise PLM solution to the cloud (Azure) and improving supplier traceability portals. You will typically handle 2–3 projects simultaneously, with budgets up to €50,000.
Your profile
- Languages: French is mandatory, plus fluent English or Dutch
- Higher education in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management and ERP systems
- Knowledge of integration flows and APIs (SOAP/REST), SQL; Talend is a plus
- Technical background (e.g., development) combined with project management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Flexible, accurate, and eager to learn in an informal structure
