Your job:

  • Service Delivery Operator
  • Full-time position
  • Responsible for first-line support of internal users
  • Divided into two main parts:
  • Providing first-line support for various problems and analyzing whether to solve or escalate
  • Ensuring smooth start for new employees by providing appropriate IT material, including software installation and user creation
  • Part of a driven team responsible for internal support

Your profile:

  • At least secondary education diploma in IT or equivalent experience
  • Passion for IT and basic knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and hardware
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Networking, and Software Deployment is a plus
  • Empathetic, listening, and calm with excellent communication skills in Dutch
  • Knowledge of French and English is an important asset
  • Stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and remain professional
