Service Delivery Operator
Full-time position
Responsible for first-line support of internal users
Divided into two main parts:
Providing first-line support for various problems and analyzing whether to solve or escalate
Ensuring smooth start for new employees by providing appropriate IT material, including software installation and user creation
Part of a driven team responsible for internal support
Your profile:
At least secondary education diploma in IT or equivalent experience
Passion for IT and basic knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and hardware
Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Networking, and Software Deployment is a plus
Empathetic, listening, and calm with excellent communication skills in Dutch
Knowledge of French and English is an important asset
Stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and remain professional
