Your new company
You will join a vibrant and international environment where connection and experience are key. The organization has a young, dynamic atmosphere that encourages initiative and creativity. The culture is informal, collaboration is strong, and you will work with a team that is truly committed.
Your new role
For one of our clients in the educational sector, we are looking for a Junior Community Officer.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students within the residence. You ensure a warm welcome and are ready to answer their questions and provide solutions. You create a real sense of community by organizing engaging activities such as movie nights, initiatives during exam periods, and festive year-end events.
You will also play an active role in content creation and social media management: brainstorming ideas for photos, testimonials, and stories to share on the website and social channels.
In addition, you will support administrative tasks and step in when the manager is absent, such as following up on invoices, handling questions about documents, and solving practical issues.
Your profile
For this role, we are looking for someone who can easily switch between French and English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You hold a Bachelor’s degree; a specific field of study is not required, but a background in real estate or administration can be an advantage.
You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office. Most importantly, you are a creative and proactive personality who thrives on bringing ideas to life independently. You take initiative, think ahead, and know how to make an impact.
What you'll get in return
You will start with a permanent contract and work full-time (38 hours per week), with the flexibility to organize your workday independently.
In addition to an attractive salary, you will enjoy extra benefits such as commuting allowance, a 13th month, and double holiday pay. This role also offers plenty of learning opportunities: you can follow training courses on content creation, earn certifications, and shape the position from day one.
In short: a challenging and flexible job with a competitive package and the freedom to make the role your own.
