Our client is an international company in the biopharmaceutical sector. From their site in the Ghent region, they develop innovative cell therapies that make a real difference in patients' lives. Your new role
As a Lab Technician, you perform quality control testing on cell therapy products in a GMP environment. You take samples, conduct tests and monitor the cleanroom (ISO 5). You collaborate closely with Quality and Operations, manage test results in eLIMS and contribute to process and documentation optimization. You follow FDA/EU guidelines and Good Tissue Practices.

What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in lab technology, biotechnology or equivalent
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality standards (FDA/EU)
  • Experience with aseptic techniques or cleanrooms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and technical English
  • Accurate, well-organized and a true team player

  • 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Gross monthly salary between € 2600 - € 3500 gross/month
