Acting as a commercial representative, the company bridges producers and clients, managing commercial, financial, logistical, and administrative aspects with expertise.


Your new role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation and supply chain operations of raw materials via trucks, trains, barges, and containers. You will play a key role in negotiating transport rates, supporting the sales team, managing client and supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of orders and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate transportation of raw materials using various transport modes (trucks, trains, barges, containers).

• Negotiate transport prices with logistics providers.

• Provide support to the commercial management team.

• Manage communication and relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers.

• Oversee order processing and follow-up.

• Manage inventory and stock control.

• Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy of purchase and transport invoices.

• Verify and control transport, customs clearance, and insurance documents.

• Organize filing and archiving of all logistics documentation.

• Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as needed.


Your profile

• Seeking a role within an operational logistics department.
• Essential language skills: French and English; German is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Business Central 365, is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexible, versatile, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player with excellent communication and an open-minded attitude.
• Residing close to the office location.
