Are you passionate about international logistics and ready to take on a dynamic coordination role? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth and compliant global shipments of goods and equipment.
Your new role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing international shipments in line with operational and commercial requirements, internal procedures, and applicable import/export regulations.
You will report to the Supply chain Manager and work closely with
Commercial Operations, Production, Services, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process shipping documents (pro forma invoices, certificates, etc.) according to defined procedures.
- Organize shipments based on material availability and service priorities; manage claims when needed.
- Ensure shipping instructions are followed and packing lists are complete and accurate.
- Contact potential transport partners, compare offers (costs and deadlines), and negotiate terms.
- Initiate invoicing in the IT system for consumables and approve carrier invoices.
- Handle transport cost chargebacks to clients and prepare credit notes.
- Manage customs formalities upon receipt of goods or equipment.
- Track and record carrier performance and transport costs.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in international logistics or transport.
- Solid knowledge of international transport regulations and customs procedures is essential.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making abilities.
- Results-driven and proactive.
- Fluent in French and English
