Your new role
As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a team responsible for all production support activities, such as cleaning in controlled environments, material transfer, replenishment, sterilization, and cryopreservation. Your leadership ensures safe and compliant manufacturing operations according to cGMP requirements, supporting both clinical and commercial production.
Your responsibilities include:
- Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate support teams, assign daily tasks and ensure operational readiness.
- Compliance and audits: Guarantee adherence to cGMP and EHS standards; act as a key contact during inspections.
- Documentation management: Review and manage SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and quality-related documentation.
- Process optimization: Support tech transfers, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operational meetings: Organize daily and weekly team meetings to ensure clear communication and task follow-up.
- Training and development: Foster a culture of learning and operational excellence within your team.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor or Master degree in science, bioengineering, pharmacy, or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 1 year in a GMP environment and at least 5 years of experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MES/EBR systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Ability to work in a shift system and adapt to occasional overtime
