Mission

You will lead production support activities (Grade B cleaning, material transfer, cryopreservation, sterilization) and ensure operational coordination in a cell therapy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise support teams and organize daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS standards
• Manage quality documentation (SOPs, batch records, work instructions)
• Participate in tech transfers and process optimization
• Prepare for internal and external audits
• Lead operational meetings (Tier 1 & 2)
• Contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in a GMP environment + 5 years managing teams of 10+ people
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
• Knowledge of EMEA regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and MES/EBR tools
