Our client in Ghent is a fast-growing international company that produces a biotechnological therapy for the treatment of various diseases. You can expect to be part of an innovative team working on treatments that have the potential to make a significant impact on patients’ lives.

After receiving thorough training in aseptic/GMP procedures, you will become an integral part of a dynamic operations team. Your role involves supporting daily aseptic and manual production processes alongside your colleagues and team leaders, adhering to strict protocols and standard procedures.

Key responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, carefully cleaning and disinfecting materials, ensuring proper transfer between different production zones, and preparing cleanrooms to maintain sterility. You will perform specific production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media refreshing, cell culture, and freezing the therapeutic product. Great communication skills are crucial, as you need to effectively communicate with colleagues about errors and be open to receiving feedback.
