Our client, a family-sized company embedded within a large international group, is looking for a proactive and analytical Procurement & Supply Officer
to join their Purchasing/Procurement department. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring material availability and optimizing supply chain performance in a dynamic and values-driven environment.

Your new role

As a Procurement & Supply Officer, you will ensure that the right materials are available in stock to support daily operations. By leveraging internal systems and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, you will:

• Assess short- and long-term material needs

• Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and ensure quality and pricing accuracy

• Support purchasers in identifying cost-saving opportunities and added value

• Collaborate closely with production planning and other departments

• Propose innovative and sustainable improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills

• A curious and analytical mindset with a drive to understand products and processes

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Fluency in French and English

• A proactive attitude with a desire to have a direct impact on operations
