At our state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing site in Ghent, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to drive operational excellence and lead a team in delivering life-saving therapies.

Your new role

• Lead and coach production teams in a cleanroom environment.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory expectations.
• Act as a key contact during audits and inspections.
• Oversee batch documentation, review records, and ensure timely release.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and operational excellence.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in GMP or ATMP manufacturing (biotech/pharma).
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Empathetic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with MES/EBR systems is a strong asset.
• Passionate about quality, patient impact, and team development.
