You will join an industrial setting where quality, safety, and efficiency are key priorities. As a Senior Shift Leader, you act as the link between the shop floor and project management, driving consistency, performance, and standardization across shifts.
Your Role
As a Senior Shift Leader, you manage multiple teams or shifts and ensure smooth communication between operations, customer representatives, and management. You are responsible for achieving KPIs, coordinating processes, and implementing improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Oversee multiple shifts and ensure alignment with project targets.
- Manage shift transitions and briefings for continuity.
- Review and approve daily performance, incident, and quality reports.
- Liaise with project management and customer quality teams.
- Plan manpower and skill coverage for peaks and absences.
- Prepare operational data for customer visits, audits, and reviews.
- Lead problem-solving sessions for recurring quality issues.
- Approve training and competency sign-offs.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in quality or production operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of automotive quality standards.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and resource optimization.
- Languages: English.
- Valid driver’s license and own car.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
