From the site in Oostakker, you work in an international environment where service, coordination and operational excellence are key. For the East region, we are looking for a Service Center Coordinator who enjoys working in a role with daily customer contact and logistical follow‑up.

Your new role
As a Service Center Coordinator, you handle urgent and special orders for dealers and customers in the Eastern European region. You coordinate closely with internal teams, transport partners and dealers, ensuring that every request is processed accurately and within the required timelines. You work at the heart of the service logistics chain and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.

• Controlling and managing urgent orders
• Discussing, checking and following up special requests and requirements
• Coordinating daily with internal stakeholders, dealers and transport partners
• Advising customers on logistical and commercial alternatives
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
• Acting as the voice of the customer within the organisation

Your profile
You are communicative, structured and comfortable working in a role with many different stakeholders. You enjoy taking ownership and keeping an overview in a dynamic environment.

• The ability to structure and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Interest in continuous improvement and new tools
• A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and one Eastern European language (e.g. Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian…)
• Good knowledge of Office 365; experience with SharePoint and PowerBI is an asset
