IT Support Engineer responsible for operational management of assigned client infrastructure
First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
Provide remote troubleshooting and determine best solution based on issue and customer details
Record events and problems in logs, and pass on feedback to internal teams
Remain up-to-date with technology advancements and guide colleagues with technical questions
Be part of 24x7 support team
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Good communication skills in English and Dutch or French
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Methodical, organized, and client-oriented
Skilled in creating and enhancing high-quality documentation, implementation procedures, and processes
Real problem solver with an eye for details
Stress-resistant and not afraid of a fast-paced environment
