Your Role
As a Shift Leader, you coordinate all operational activities during your assigned shift. You ensure smooth execution of inspection, rework, and quality confirmation tasks according to project requirements. You are responsible for resource planning, communication, and achieving KPIs.
What You Will Do
- Lead shift operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
- Assign tasks to Team Leaders and confirm resource coverage.
- Monitor productivity, rework levels, and quality trends.
- Ensure correct application of work instructions, control plans, and defect catalogues.
- Conduct shift start briefings, escalation updates, and end-of-shift handovers.
- Validate data collection and ensure timely QCC reporting.
- Support containment, rework, or sorting activities.
- Coordinate with admin for documentation and system updates.
- Escalate major issues (safety, quality, personnel) to Senior Shift Leader.
Your Profile
- Experience leading teams in automotive or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality processes, rework, and inspection standards.
- Clear communicator with strong organizational discipline.
- Languages: English.
- Valid driver’s license and own car.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
