Your new company
Our customer is a multinational who delivers consulting services to customers all over the world. This company employs over 90 000 people worldwide and consists of a network of independent subsidiaries. The global HR team is based in Zaventem and abroad and consists of 80 employees. It delivers services to the global organization. You will be responsible for a varying group of 350 employees who have an international scope. You will be part of the HR department, reporting to the Global Head of People, working along with another Senior HR Manager and managing one person, with the intention of expanding the team.
Your new role
As a senior HR Manager of the Global Office, you will be implicated in operational and strategic tasks. The global office HR strategy/ responsibilities will consist of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with global best practice, complying with international employment laws, regulations, and policies across multiple countries. You will coach and advise leaders (including the Global Leadership Team) and managers on people-related strategies, programs, and initiatives for the Global Office. The domains in which you will work are a.o. global talent recruitment and retention, forecasting workforce needs, talent management, onboarding, remuneration review and providing innovative solutions that embrace modern ways of working.
Your profile
You have an HR related degree and experience in the following HR domains: learning and Development, organizational design, and new ways of working (i.e. Agile, Lean). You have worked at an international level and have a good understanding of global procedures. You have experience with designing and implementing procedures on a global level. Ideally, you have at least 8 years' experience in a similar role. You speak excellent English. Dutch is a great asset since you will be in contact with your Dutch colleagues. You have a positive and a hands-on attitude.
