Your new role
As a Support Engineer you are responsible for the SAP-migration.
You offer support to the Technician they work with tablets and Iphones
You will provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries in a timely manner with patience and empathy.
You diagnose and resolve technical issues with company products and services, guiding you through the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
You work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure satisfaction.
You provide detailed information about products, warranties and service procedures and record everything correctly within the system.
You identify opportunities for product and service improvement by collecting and reporting feedback.
As a Support Engineer you are passionate about IT
You are able to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way.
You have a strong customer focus with a constant concern for the satisfaction of the user.
You work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a nice plus to have
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
You are fluent in Dutch and French: speaking and writing.
