As part of the Group's ICT department, you will work in the Service Desk & Workplace team, responsible for operational support for users of a global group. Our technological environment includes :
Your new role
As a Freelance Support Engineer you provide L1 and L2 support to technical incidents and requests from the business.
With a first call you try to resolve as many requests as possible, using the tools at your disposal er by visiting the site.
You encode, handle, track and finalize the tickets.
You manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
You participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation.
You monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.
Your profile
As a Freelance Support Engineer you already have your first experience.
You have a good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365 | Windows 10, 11
You have experience with PC hardware and peripherals
You know how to manage users, computers and groups in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
You know how to manager e-mail addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange On-Premise and Online
You have a first experience with Teams, Share point Onedrive
A nice plus is experience with: Windows Server, System Centre Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
You are a real team player and solution oriented.
You are fluent in the French language, preferably in English as well.
