Your new role:
As a Support Engineer, you will be part of a team of 10 support engineers responsible for providing support to employees of a large public institution with a wide range of systems in the center of Brussels. In addition to assisting the VIP Support team when needed, you will be responsible for solving complex incidents in collaboration with specialized teams. You will be expected to quickly acquire the knowledge necessary to solve first and second line incidents using the ITIL method, with the goal of eventually moving on to third line support. You will also be responsible for making bulk changes in the AD using PowerShell and automating certain processes. It sounds like this is a challenging and fast-paced role that will allow you to develop a wide range of technical skills and work with advanced systems.
