Your new role
Legend Biotech is on the lookout for a Campus Recruiter who’s driven by people, purpose, and potential. You’ll be the bridge between bright young minds and a career that truly matters.
Your Mission as Campus Recruiter:
- Lead the charge: design and execute bold, creative strategies to attract young graduates through innovative campaigns and strong campus partnerships.
Be an ambassador: represent Legend Biotech at career fairs, info sessions, and networking events—bringing our story to life.
Build lasting connections: engage with universities, colleges, and student organizations to foster long-term, impactful relationships.
Run the internship programs: from recruitment to onboarding, ensure a seamless and enriching experience for every intern.
Spot and nurture talent: identify high-potential candidates for our Young Graduate roles and guide them into their first career steps.
Showcase the company culture: share what makes Legend Biotech a place where people grow, thrive, and make a difference.
Stay ahead of the curve: keep up with trends in campus recruitment, especially in biotech and life sciences.
Track and improve: monitor key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize your approach.
Collaborate and innovate: work closely with the team to enhance processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.
General Talent Acquisition Support:- ATS wizardry: manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System.
Boost visibility: partner with Employer Branding to ensure the job ads and internal postings reach the right audience.
Get hands-on: support sourcing efforts and contribute to exciting talent acquisition projects.
Your profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience: ideally 3+ years in talent acquisition, with a passion for early-career recruitment.
Languages: fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
Strengths: relates easily to students and early-career talent; strong event planning and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; accurate, proactive, resilient, and a true team player.
Nice to have: experience with ATS platforms; background in campus recruitment and employer branding; project coordination and stakeholder management experience; skills in talent analytics and reporting.
