Your New Role
As a Technical Analyst in the Monitoring Advanced Service Team, you will play a crucial role in preventing vehicle breakdowns. Using your technical expertise and analytical insight, you will develop monitoring models to predict vehicle performance. You will take full ownership of the entire process, from model development to implementation, and work closely with other departments within the Volvo Group to provide the best solutions to customers.


What You'll Do:
  • Model Development: You will develop monitoring models based on your technical knowledge and analytical insights to predict and prevent vehicle failures.
  • Problem-Solving: You will propose the best solution to the customer, such as remote software updates, service scheduling, or component replacement.
  • Analytical Expertise: You will take ownership of the analytical models and ensure they perform to the highest standards.
  • Knowledge Development: You will delve into new, cutting-edge technologies like electric and hydrogen drivetrains.
  • Collaboration: You will work with other departments within the Volvo Group to provide the best possible solutions.


Your Profile
  • Technical Knowledge: You have a deep, technical background in the automotive sector and a good understanding of trends in remote vehicle diagnostics.
  • Applications: You are an expert in applications such as SEWS, PHV, Configurator, Features Online, LDA, TechTool, and Impact.
  • Data Skills: Experience with data-related tools like Python, SQL, and PowerBI is a definite plus.
  • Analysis: You are capable of making abstract interpretations of technical problems remotely.
  • Communication: You have strong collaboration and communication skills and can present analyses clearly.
  • Attitude: You are an enthusiastic team player with a "can-do" and hands-on mentality.
