Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will support the financial steering of the Belgian and Dutch entities and act as the operational right hand of the CFO. Your responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily financial operations: billing, collections, supplier payments, administrative follow-up • Ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with deadlines and coordination with the Shared Service Center abroad
• Preparing consolidated monthly reporting: revenue by activity, margin, cash
• Monitoring budget versus actuals, analyzing deviations and providing actionable insights
• Developing financial analyses to support operational decision-making
• Standardizing and improving financial processes: invoicing, monthly closing, expense validation, cash‑flow monitoring
• Strengthening reporting quality and internal controls
• Preparing financial data used for boards and external stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with Sales and operational teams
• Contributing to the organization’s ongoing structuring as it continues to grow
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance, combining accounting foundations with controlling or finance management
• Experience in an international SME environment or a group reporting context • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance, combining accounting foundations with controlling or finance management
• Strong accounting and fiscal knowledge
• Fluency in French and English , knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
• A structured, reliable and pragmatic approach • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Hands‑on mindset and the capacity to adapt in a growing, evolving organization
