Your new role

In the role of an air freight forwarder, you will have diverse day-to-day experience managing shipments for a variety of clients. Your responsibilities are multifaceted and involve daily service around airfreight and export shipments for your customers. You will work in close collaboration with the booking and brokerage team. Part of your role also involves maintaining compliance standards, ensuring accurate invoicing, and promptly addressing any irregularities that may arise, informing customers of any irregularities and ensuring all safety and security rules are adhered to. It’s a role that requires diligence, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Your profile

  • You have a first experience as Freight Forwarder Air freight and/or Export or you have just obtained your bachelor’s degree ;
  • Training within logistics is a plus ;
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus ;
  • You are stress-resistant and take initiative ;
  • You are good at analysing problems and looking for solutions.
