As Operational IT Service Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind:

• Exciting IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered smoothly and meet our high standards.

• Collaborating closely with teams to set project goals and achieve amazing results.

• Keeping a close eye on project progress and swiftly dealing with any issues to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Playing a key role in shaping our IT policies and procedures to meet global standards.

• Providing expert support to our IT teams and helping our users with any tech issues they face.

• Hosting user training sessions to boost tech skills across the company.

• Working closely with finance to keep our IT budget in check and make sure invoices are sorted

Your profile

• Fluent in English & French; proficient in Dutch (less important).

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT service delivery within an international corporate environment.

• Proficient in ITIL environment with a focus on regulatory demands.

• Strong business acumen with insight into banking industry operations, challenges, and strategies.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and familiarity with various IT systems and tools.

• Flexible and adaptive approach to handle diverse tasks, including project management, governance, and hands-on IT tasks.

• Experience in project management and IT governance principles is a plus.

• Proficient with MS Office 365 suite; ITIL certification is a plus.
