Your new position:
As an Administrative Officer you have an administrative task package in which you will support one or more lawyers. You open files and do the follow-up with local partners from other countries. You are responsible for data input, agenda management, invoicing, ... taking into account the various procedures and deadlines. For this you also have regular contacts with colleagues from other departments.
Your profile:
For this job as an Administrative Officer, Hays is looking for candidates who
- Communicate fluently in French and English. You also have a good knowledge of Dutch.
- Has obtained a Bachelor degree (example: Office Management)
- Preferably already has a first relevant administrative work experience as administrative officer, administrative employee of management assistant
- Experience in the legal sector is a plus
- Has strong communication and administrative skills
- Is customer-oriented and a real team player
